You may return your purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within thirty (30) days of receipt of the products purchased on www.zimlay.com. Simply send an e-mail to support@zimlay.comwith the invoice number and your intentions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions will be provided to you. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the product has been received in good condition, the refund will be processed within 48 hours.
In case, you received a wrong or damaged product, simply email us the pictures showing the damage at support@zimlay.com and an exchange request will be processed. The tracking update will be provided when the replacement is shipped out along with instructions for the damaged piece.
